With our branch opening in St. Moritz three years ago, we decided to fully commit to the beautiful region here. So we see ourselves as part of the community and as a service provider that connects people with the right properties in one of Switzerland's most popular holiday regions. And because we have received such a warm welcome, we are pleased to be able to give something back to the region with our sponsorship commitments.

In order to be able to successfully market real estate, anchoring in the region is crucial. Because we know this better than anyone else with our almost eighty-year company history, we came to the Engadine. The great challenge for the region has always been to combine this world with the everyday life of the people of the Engadine, so that everyone can benefit from each other. So we have specifically chosen to support the highlights in the region's event agenda that appeal to everyone and offer everyone great added value. And that is why they are an ideal fit for us.

Architecture for all: Open Doors Engadin

For the first time, the concept for architecture lovers, which has already been successfully implemented in Basel and Zurich, is coming to the Engadin, and we are of course happy to be involved as a sponsor: on the weekend of 25 and 26 June, eighty outstanding buildings in the Engadin and Bergell will open their doors to the public. This is an opportunity for interested members of the public and tourists to gain a deeper insight into how buildings have been created in the region over the course of the ages, and how they have stood out from the crowd both then and now due to their different architectural qualities. As mediators of architecture, we are pleased to be able to help establish Open Doors as an annual fixture on the Engadine cultural agenda.

Let the Music play: Festival da Jazz

In the 15th edition, great artists with worldwide fame, lifelong insider tips and successful new-comers will once again be playing in various locations. With big names such as David Sanborn, China Moses, James Morrisson or Gianna Nannini - to name just a few - 2022 promises to be an excellent year musically. From 7 to 31 July, the "Festival da Jazz" in St. Moritz will provide an exceptional atmosphere and we are proud to be able to contribute to its success. Namely as enabler of the concert by Dave Grusin & Lee Ritentour, who will bring the Californian Way of Life and thus a lot of musical sunshine to the Hotel Reine Victoria on the Saturday of the opening weekend.
