The wine-growing village of Fläsch is the northernmost municipality of the Bündner Herrschaft and borders on the canton of St. Gallen and the Principality of Liechtenstein. The village is situated at the foot of the Fläscher mountain, away from the major through roads. In good southern exposure, excellent grapes grow on the scree of the mountain. The "oldest Fläscher", the Föhn, ensures its optimal ripeness in autumn. 16 wineries cultivate 48 hectares of vineyards and press their own wines. On the municipal territory, behind the Regitzerspitz (1135 m. a.s.l.), there is the crossing over the Luzisteig and also the 2599 m high Grauspitz in the Falknis massif. There are also the Fläscher Alps.
