Where the real estate community meets: On the occasion of the publication of our universally appreciated market reports for the Bündner Rheintal, we invited to the traditional real estate breakfast in Chur.
The real estate market is on the move and in recent months there has been a lot of talk about prices rising steadily, especially in the second-home market but also for primary residences. The influences on this are manifold and we wanted to use our Ginesta Real Estate Breakfast to take a closer look at some of these factors.
Thanks to renowned guest speakers, we succeeded in doing just that: To set the mood, Andreas Ammann from Wüest Partner used concrete figures to provide an assessment of the current real estate market, where demand clearly exceeds supply. Richard Atzmüller and Linus Wild from the Office for Spatial Development then shed light on the difficulties of spatial planning, presented the current state of implementation and provided an outlook.
With this perfect thematic match, we not only provided an experienced target group with plenty to talk about during the subsequent exchange, but also with valuable insights for our daily work with real estate. And we proved that life goes on despite Corona and that events like this - held as a 2G event, of course - are more important than ever for shaping the future together.
The most important findings are contained in our market reports. We have prepared these for Chur, the district of Five Villages, the Bündner Herrschaft and the Imboden region. These are enclosed today as an insert in the Bündner Woche and thus made available to all households in the market area. Additional copies can be obtained free of charge during our opening hours at the Ginesta branch in Chur at Aquasanastrasse 8 or online.
