What is often lightly dismissed as esoteric pseudo-science is a 3000-year-old Chinese teaching that has rightly found its way around the globe. This is because the teaching of harmonising people with their environment recognises the prevailing energies and knows the ways in which these can be used, optimised or expelled. These energies are often decisive in the sale of a property. If a property simply does not pass the notary's table, it is important to be open, also for an energetic solution. And our experience has taught us that this can be worthwhile.

Prospects good, potential buyers gone
As in the Engadine, there is an undersupply elsewhere in Switzerland: there are too few properties and those that do exist are quickly gone. In 2020, the number of properties on offer was 20 to 40% lower than in the previous year, depending on the region. And these were also sold significantly faster: Depending on the region, sales times have reduced from 120 to 150 to 40 to 50 days. But even in this situation, there are properties that simply do not find a buyer despite viewings and lively marketing activities. This begs the question: What is going on here?

Let's go, darling
If the energy is not right somewhere, you are grateful if you can leave a place quickly. Without being able to describe exactly why, you simply don't feel well. It's a feeling that everyone has experienced at one time or another: You've been looking forward to eating with acquaintances in a new restaurant, but somehow the conversation doesn't quite want to get going. So you agree to have coffee afterwards in the familiar bar around the corner. And suddenly the evening picks up its usual momentum. If it wasn't the food in this new restaurant and the décor was actually appealing, it's a case for Feng Shui. You probably won't visit the restaurant again so soon. If it had been a nice holiday flat that you didn't buy, although you could have easily treated it, it would have been much more annoying for both sides.

Tried and tested worldwide
This attitude is not only used in Asia by major companies and many private individuals to place buildings, create floor plans, plan furnishings and align executive chairs. Because when the life energy chi flows properly, one feels good, is healthier and better exploits one's potential. A distinction is made between earth energy, historical energy and structural energy. The earth energy can be disturbed by quarries or water veins, for example, which can usually be remedied with simple shielding. Historical energy is characterised by certain events from the past, difficult to explain rationally, but noticeable if present. Buildings that are correspondingly burdened can be freed from such unpleasant energies with energetic Feng Shui deconstruction. By the way, this is also the most frequent area of application in our properties, which are then often sold after such treatments. Structural energies determine the energy flow in the building through the arrangement of walls and doors, which can be planned very well, especially in new buildings.
