Four new construction projects in Graubünden
Since the adoption of the second-home initiative, there has been little new construction in the tourist regions of the canton of Graubünden. It is therefore particularly pleasing that we can come onto the market with four such new construction projects with mixed use as primary and secondary residences. Second homes in the coveted holiday regions of Graubünden are in short supply. The market for existing properties has dried up and the construction of new buildings is usually only possible if existing properties can be replaced and if some of the flats are destined for the primary residence market.
