Small effort - big benefit
After we registered as a company, all employees received an email asking them to fill out a questionnaire on their personal professional and private behavior. Based on this information and on a complex algorithm that calculates the time for the tests, our employees are now requested individually by SMS to take the saliva tests and to hand them in promptly at the local collection point. The results are then available within 24 hours. This makes it possible to send carriers of the virus, who may be infectious but do not exhibit any symptoms themselves, for verification of the test and quarantine at an early stage. As a company, we participate in these tests with CHF 8.50 each. We think: A small effort for everyone if we can help to protect lives and return to normality as a society as soon as possible. The operational tests will run until July 2021.
What else we do
Of course, the employees of all Ginesta Immobilien locations work in their home offices whenever possible. Because many of us are frequently on the road with prospective clients, vendors and, in property management, with tradesmen, architects and administrators, we always consistently adhere to the rules laid down. For all those who nevertheless have to appear in the office again and again, staggered lunch times are organized, the windows are opened regularly and we have converted the meeting rooms, which are currently hardly used, into individual offices. Of course, we always wear our masks when in contact with others, but we do so in style: since November, the high-quality and chic Ginesta masks have been available everywhere, and we are happy to give them to our employees and on visits free of charge.
Finally a thank you
This thanks goes to all our employees for their exemplary behavior in dealing with the current Corona pandemic, and especially to our Graubünden residents who participated without being asked in these voluntary, nationwide tests.
The good thing about it is that, thanks to all these measures, we are also recording hardly any other health-related absences, which was not always the case this season with the usual wave of influenza circulating. Good for us, good for everyone. Because this means we can be there for our customers as usual.
