• Property inspections are still possible. However, you will not be accompanied by our agents in the immediate vicinity, but will be kept at a safe distance and wearing a face mask. When explaining the property, our qualified staff will not stand in the same room but speak a little louder. Exceptions are properties which are inhabited by elderly people. There, we do not carry out any inspections.      
• By means of virtual tours you have access to many properties in our offer.
• Meetings can be held online with zoom, teams or Google-Hangout if desired.
• In addition to our free online valuation tool on our website, our specialized independent valuation desk is at your disposal, where you can commission a meticulous valuation of your property without having to meet personally.
