Dear real estate enthusiasts,
We officially have 4 national languages in Switzerland: German, French, Italian and Rumantsch. The 5th unofficial national language is " Objections ". Unfortunately, many of our fellow citizens speak this 5th national language. It is also very simple and in connection with building objections often generous compensations beckon by the owners. Now a motion for the attention of the Federal Council would like to prevent abusive objections against building projects. The motion demands that the right of objection be adapted and that, for example, process and delay costs be passed on to the objector. For us, this is a sensible way of curbing the truculent or blackmailing conduct of litigation in connection with construction projects in the future.
Sincerly yours,
Claude Ginesta
