Often I am asked how blockchain and crypto currencies will change our market. I haven't found an answer yet. Even during my recent visit to a real estate convention in the USA, these two topics were described as 'still very underdeveloped'. Blockchain would definitely be a big innovation in the land register, but at the same time the idea that servers could be cracked by hackers with the new electronic land register is extremely threatening. Because not only owner titles, but also debt certificates are mostly only available electronically today.

We are keeping an eye on these topics and would be grateful if you would draw our attention to innovative blockchain projects in the real estate sector.
