For the fifth time, this highlight of the Küsnacht cultural agenda brings top-class classical music right to our doorstep. Modern and playful, the festival opens up access to what is arguably the most poignant genre of the fine arts to people of all ages. As a music lover, a Küsnacht resident at heart and a company that has been based here for almost 80 years, we are delighted to support this event. Award-winning music for all
The program "About Bach" by Berlin-based composer Arash Safaian was awarded the ECHO Klassik 2017 in 2017. The themes about Johann Sebastian Bach will be presented by two striking soloists as part of the new format of the NEXT GENERATION classical music festival. They are pianist Sebastian Knauer and vibraphonist Pascal Schumacher, who will be accompanied by 15 virtuoso string players of the Orchestra of Europe. Concertmaster is Astrid Leutwyler.
An evening that promises to be a special treat and one that we ourselves are probably looking forward to the most.
