Our market data of various submarkets confirm this development: the number of properties for sale in the market has decreased by 20 to 40%. At the same time, registered search profiles on our website have increased significantly by 60 to 100% and orders for our sales brochures by 60 to 70%. In short, more and more buyers are interested in a decreasing number of properties. A circumstance that in the mountain regions, due to the second home initiative, acts as an additional price accelerator in an already tight market, because there is a complete lack of new properties.
