An Upper Engadine summer full of diversity.

As a national real estate company with regional roots, we support selected events wherever we are present. For our St. Moritz branch, we have decided to support the small, fine "Festival da Jazz", which is constantly gaining international renown, and to help ensure that there is plenty of dancing, swaying and finger-snapping in the Upper Engadine this summer. This year from July 8 to August 1.

A commitment to culture
After the crisis, which we hope will soon be over, this discussion is more topical than ever. And our position is clear: Like the significance of contemporary architecture or that of a good book, culture with its corresponding events is systemically relevant. It makes it possible to package socially relevant movements and sensitivities in emotionally accessible forms and brings people of different colors, attitudes and classes together to deal with them. Jazz and its dissemination is the best example of this: music played with instruments and a sound system of predominantly European origin with a clear Afro-American influence, which began in New Orleans in the early 20th century and today inspires and fascinates music lovers around the globe in almost endless varieties and facets. With our commitment, we want to contribute to ensuring that this important cultural history can continue and be enjoyed by as many interested people as possible.

Big names, small pearls
Pepe Lienhard, Joss Stone, Andreas Vollenweider & Friends, Zucchero, Candy Dulfer, Angélique Kidjo, Till Brönner with the Zurich Chamber Orchestra, Keziah Jones, Rufus Wainwright - they have all been in the international charts and are in St. Moritz this summer. In addition, there are many other old and young talents to discover in the diverse program of the "Festival da Jazz" among the total of almost 60 concerts.

Always worth a visit: St. Moritz
Whether you are from the Engadine or the Unterland, a visit to St. Moritz at the time of this unique festival is worthwhile in any case to soak up the extraordinary atmosphere and enjoy the gastronomy, the landscape and the good air besides. In any case, we can hardly wait and recommend you not to wait too long to buy the tickets of your favorite artists. Because experience shows that most concerts sell out quickly. And if you like it so much that you think about buying a vacation home in the region, you know where to find us: Directly on site.
