A few days ago, we installed a new valuation tool on our homepage and you can use this to obtain a free valuation of your house or flat. The underlying mechanism of the tool uses a hedonic pricing method of evaluation that determines a classification by location based on a given address. Needless to say, the tool cannot work to the same degree of precision as an expert.

Nevertheless, we have also come up with a solution for more complex valuations. We have appointed a highly qualified property assessor, who is the head of our new valuation desk. Accordingly, we are now in a position to offer professional valuations for residential property with immediate effect, but can also assess highly complex assets including portfolios, hotels, commercial buildings and shared dwellings or apartment blocks.
