Art Exhibition by the Artist Anita Bürgi

Following the successful first exhibition «Forest Images» by Markus Bühler at the Ginesta branch office at Bahnhofplatz 18 in Winterthur, works from the «Utopias» series by the Winterthur artist Anita Bürgi have recently been displayed here. She is the second guest of our semi-annual rotating exhibition, which is open to the public every Wednesday and Friday afternoon during our office hours.

Our art concept is as straightforward as it is successful: As a real estate specialist with a national presence and international connections, we utilise the full infrastructure of this network, yet we always rely on our regional expertise in consultancy. Thus, we see ourselves as the local partner for everyone in the Winterthur region who, when selling or buying a property, is seeking the best of both worlds. That's why we exclusively feature artists who live and work in the Winterthur region in our changing exhibitions.

Introducing: Anita Bürgi

She lives in the beautiful garden city, and her artistic focus includes painting, objects, installations, video, collages, and innovations with digital media. Her painting is characterised by intense colours and shapes that are both delicate and expressive. She shifts certainties and realities by breaking conventional viewing habits through the amalgamation of different styles. Abstract meets figurative, colours contrast and blend, creating fantasy worlds full of allusions. It is an art that knows how to enchant not only us. She will also present her work from August at the «Wonderous Everyday» exhibition at Oxyd in Winterthur, and on 10th October 2024, she will introduce the book «So Close to the Edge», which she designed, at the lok.al in Winterthur.

The exhibition culminates with the opening on Thursday, 6th June 2024 at 19:00. This event will include a personal wine accompaniment from the regional Kindhauser Berghof vineyard in Wiesendangen.
