This concerns buildings outside the building zone, i.e. above all in the agricultural area, and shows how additional areas can be created or new areas created within a building cubature.

Basic rules are:

• 30% in addition to the existing area, but a maximum of 100m2 can be newly created.
• 60% additional living space within the existing building cubature.
• The basis for the calculation (100%) is always the number of living spaces per year. It is a nationwide law.
