Ralph Geigle was previously employed by Ginesta Immobilien AG (Ginesta Real Estate Ltd.) between 2004 and 2010 in the Property Management and Rentals department. At the beginning of May 2015, he rejoined the long-established family firm in the capacity of Managing Director and Partner in the newly formed Ginesta Immobilien Verwaltungen AG (Ginesta Real Estate Management Ltd.), founded in July 2015.
Expanding his expertise over a number of years, he established a reputation in the market. Various positions along his career path include those of Real Estate Manager and Team Leader with Kornhaus Verwaltungs AG (property management); Real Estate Manager and Sales Agent with Ginesta Immobilien AG (real estate brokerage); and Head of Real Estate Management and Member of the Executive Board of Keller Immobilien-Treuhand AG (real estate fiduciary and portfolio management).
Simultaneously, he undertook extensive further training and is now distinguished – in addition to nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in property management – by the following qualifications:

Ralph Geigle sits on the Board of Examiners of the SFPKIW (Schweizerischen Fachprüfungskommission der Immobilienwirtschaft), the designated Swiss authority certifying professional qualification in the real estate industry.
