In order to drive forward our growth strategy in Graubünden and to further expand the market for first homes, we were looking for a sales talent to head our office in Chur for the region of Bonaduz, Chur and the Graubünden Rhine Valley, and we found him in David Feldmann.
Born in Glarus and having chosen to live nearby, he has everything that is needed in addition to his passion for the region. After his commercial training, he soon discovered his qualities in sales and can look back on twenty years of experience in this field. As a graduate business economist HF and CAS real estate valuator FHZ, he also has the necessary expertise that is needed in acquisition and consulting. The fact that he also knows how to take on responsibility is proven not only by his four children, but also by the fact that he was already successfully active for over five years as the real estate marketer responsible for sales in the greater Glarus-Sarganserland region.
With his great passion for real estate and his regional market knowledge, David is thus the perfect complement to the dedicated marketing team in Chur and also to Sascha Ginesta, partner and head of marketing for the entire canton of Graubünden. And he brings with him a special skill that is always needed here: he can deal with anyone and everyone.
