Dear real estate enthusiasts,

After several months and years of declining markets and strong oversupply in the secondary resident market in Graubünden, we can look back on a satisfactory 2018. Although supply is still consistently high, transaction density has also increased noticeably thanks to renewed demand. Our expectations for the coming winter season and 2019 are positive.

Of course, each destination has to be considered separately and each property selectively, but in general we are now seeing a sideways trend after different price declines in almost all regions. For properties in good locations and with the right price/performance ratio, the markets are intact throughout.
