Ginesta Real Estate continues to expand its presence in the Grisons/Graubünden property market, with the opening of an office in St. Moritz at the beginning of January 2019.  St. Moritz is its fourth branch office, alongside the offices in Küsnacht, Horgen and Chur.

Ginesta Real Estate is taking on the customer base and business premises of A. Mächler Immobilien AG as well as the experienced employee and marketer Morena Vassella. She will take care of the Engadine mandates, with her broad experience and excellent knowledge of the local property market. Operationally, the new office will be managed by Sascha Ginesta, who will henceforth be responsible for the Chur and St. Moritz offices.

We have been serving the Engadine market from Chur and Zurich since 2006. Thanks to the new office in St. Moritz, we are now closer to our customers and we can take even more personal care of the whole Engadine area. Our offerings include all services for the sale and rental of property, including well-founded valuations. The opening of an office in St. Moritz had been planned for some time, as Engadine is an interesting market for Ginesta Real Estate and, as a holiday region, fits perfectly into its customer portfolio.
