On November 14, we at Ginesta are inviting young talents to take a look behind the scenes of our dynamic and traditional family business. The Future Day is a unique opportunity to take your first steps into the professional world and gain valuable insights into the world of real estate.
An unforgettable day at Ginesta
At 08:30 a.m. we warmly welcome the participants to our Küsnacht office. After a brief insight into our multifaceted business and the diverse job profiles in the real estate industry, each participant is assigned a unique task. During a subsequent house tour, pictures, videos and notes are created, which serve as the basis for the development of your products after a delicious lunch. The media content created will be presented to the management at the end of the Future Day.
How a future day at Ginesta helps young people progress
A Future Day at Ginesta offers pupils in years 5 to 7 the opportunity to gain practical experience in a diverse working environment. They not only learn about the various facets of the real estate world and marketing, but also have the chance to implement their creative ideas in a team. Perhaps a young talent will even discover a profession that inspires them.
