First lettings at Ginesta
As a renowned real estate company, first lettings of newly built investment properties are well-known and proven territory for Ginesta. By winning the pitch for the "Ambra" development of the Zürcher Kantonalbank, our "Initial Rentals" competence centre has finally proven that we are also the first choice for large projects.
In spring 2024, construction work will begin in the Gschwader quarter in Uster on the "Ambra" housing estate with 94 new flats, which will be ready for occupancy by the end of 2025 (architect: lilin architekten sia gmbh). The developer Swisscanto Immobilienfond Responsible IFCA, represented by the Asset Management of Zürcher Kantonalbank, invited several potential marketing partners for the initial letting mandate. After a multi-stage pitch process, Ginesta Immobilien was chosen.
Interdisciplinary cooperation ensures marketing success
In cooperation with our advertising partner Matchcom, Ginesta successfully mastered pitch round after pitch round and convinced with competence, customer orientation as well as the right concept. For this, Ginesta mobilised all the necessary internal resources and gave its best. The client's confirmation that Ginesta presented the best solution is all the more gratifying and we thank the asset management of Zürcher Kantonalbank for their trust.
This is what successful marketing looks like
With the pitch win, the collaboration between the client and Ginesta really took off - from the naming of the project to the finalisation of the overall appearance, a concept was developed in intensive collaboration that perfectly reflects the core of this new superstructure, both visually and in terms of content.
