A dream team: Open Doors Engadin and Ginesta Immobilien AG

As a regionally anchored real estate marketer, the traditional company supports this important architectural event.

The love of architecture connects the organizers of Open Doors Engadin with the renowned Ginesta Immobilien AG, which operates eight branches in Switzerland. However, this connection goes far beyond purely financial support: the St. Moritz branch at Via Serlas 23 acts as a festival hub, and Ginesta is also giving away four coveted tickets for the Hartmann Special architectural walk.

For the second time, Open Doors Engadin invites you to take a look behind the scenes on June 24 and 25, 2023: Legendary hotel buildings, picturesque Engadine houses, modern apartment buildings, churches, school buildings, infrastructure buildings, museums and architects' studios will open their doors to the public. Among them are numerous objects that are usually not accessible to the public, or only to a limited extent. And once again, 84 buildings are in the portfolio, a third of which are new in contrast to last year.

Supporters from the very beginning
For Ginesta, who have been active in the Engadine for a very long time, have been operating an office in St. Moritz since 2019 and successfully sell an average of 25 properties for their clients in the region every year, it was clear from the very first edition that Open Doors Engadine was an important event that absolutely had to be supported. Because the built environment has a decisive influence on the quality of a region and in Engadin and Bergell one can really be proud of what has been created here in the past, what is being created today and what will be created in the future, for example with the InnHub La Punt - which, by the way, is also one of the objects of this year's event that can be integrated into the individually compiled program.

International level here and there
Exceptional architecture knows no national borders, and many of the gems to be visited, from the newly opened four-star Hotel Maistra 160 in Pontresina to the Julier Tower, which incidentally will be on view for the last time this year, bear an internationally valid signature of the special. This is also a connection that Ginesta has deeply anchored in its values. The family-run brokerage firm, for example, has an excellent international network of around sixty employees and thus offers its clients access to solvent interested parties around the globe, especially when selling an exclusive property.

Meeting place Ginesta
This year, in addition to the opportunity to visit the buildings individually, there will again be guided tours and walks. The newly renovated Ginesta office at Via Serlas 23 in St. Moritz will serve as a second Festival Hub in addition to the St. Moritz Tourist Office. What opportunities there are to explore the buildings in groups with well-versed guides, the registration options and also everything else around the free visit opportunities can be found at www.opendoors-engadin.org.

Ginesta is giving away 4 tickets for the Hartmann special architectural walking tour.
Attractive guided tours are always booked up quickly and this special walk is one of the special highlights, where you can learn a lot of interesting facts about the visited buildings at first hand. Those who would definitely like to be there can now take part in the raffle. Simply write an email with the subject "Hartmann Special" to Franco Giovanoli, the branch manager of Ginesta Immobilien AG in St. Moritz, by June 16, 2023: giovanoli@ginesta.ch. We'll keep our fingers crossed for you.

"We're excited to become the premier destination for architecture twice over during Open Doors: as a festival hub and a partner in all things real estate."
