One year ago, Ginesta Immobilien opened its own valuation desk and offers valuation services in addition to traditional real estate business. The demand for professional valuations is very high, therefore we will expand the desk with another person. Cédic Hochuli is the head of the desk. He has many years of experience in this area. In addition to residential properties, he also values special properties such as hotels, apartment buildings and commercial properties using recognised methods (e.g. DCF).
