Our by now familiar monthly property newsletter has a new outfit, so to speak, and is presented in a shorter, lighter look (despite the cooler temperatures). Wholeheartedly embracing the spirit of “reduce to the max”, we have bowed to the trend towards using fewer words – albeit without going so far as the Dutch architect and acclaimed protagonist of contemporary architecture, Rem Koolhaas, who - with his thought-provoking phrase “if less is more, maybe nothing is everything” - stretched the oxymoron to even further limits.
