The NZZ has summarised this development even more aptly with the headline "Zurich North is the city's fountain of youth". The district is a great attraction, especially for young, creative and innovative start-ups, and has great potential due to the space still available.
Ginesta Immobilien shares this view, and we have responded to it by recently opening our fifth office in Oerlikon. It is our ambition to be close to our clients, the properties and the market, in order to offer the best quality of advice and service.
