Dear Real-Estate Friends

As we look back on a successful 2017, we cast a confident eye forwards on the property year’s prospects for 2018. In Zurich and the Grisons we registered record turnover for last year and stable property prices. Thanks to the low interest rate environment, we believe that this year will in turn see a positive development in real estate sales.

Currently, we are witnessing an expanding national market – an observation backed up by the published statistics on decreasing immigration into Switzerland. Domestic demand remains robust.
