Corinne Rohner being appointed new president of the board of directors of Ginesta Immobilien

To his 50th anniversary, André Ginesta handed over the chairmanship of the Board of Directors to younger hands. With the election of Corinne Rohner as Chairman of the Board, the next generation is now also responsible for the strategic level.

Corinne Rohner - a member of the Board of Directors since 2014 - has accompanied the successful development of Ginesta Immobilien over the past few years and strategically supported the strengthening of the team from 15 to 35 new employees. Claude Ginesta, CEO of Ginesta Immobilien, appreciates the professional support provided by his new Chairman of the Board: "Also as CEO you should live up to corporate governance at all times. In addition to the daily challenge with customers and employees, regular reflection in the Board of Directors is the foundation for successful corporate development. I am very grateful to have Corinne as a suitable specialist and sparring partner in our ranks."

Rohner holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Art History and an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich. For many years she served as a founding and managing partner of Wampfler & Partner AG and advised large, owner-managed companies. At the same time, being a partner in an owner-managed real estate holding, she was also entrepreneurially active in the area of long-term real estate investments and development as well as logistics.

She currently concentrates on supporting companies as a sparring partner in strategy and principle issues and contributes her many years of experience as an independent board member to various companies. Corinne Rohner likes her new mandate: "Real estate has always been a passion of mine. That is why I am particularly pleased to make my expertise available to Ginesta Immobilien AG as Chairman of the Board of Directors and to work closely with the professionals in the real estate business.
