Ginesta Real Estate has created a new structure for its property management services with effect from 1.7.2015.

Reasons behind the restructuring

The Board of Directors of Ginesta Real Estate AG has decided to introduce a modern corporate structure, creating separate legal entities for the Sales and Real Estate Management divisions respectively. This will enable us not only to achieve optimal positioning for each separate business area, but increased flexibility in meeting the demands of our customers and adapting to market conditions.

Our administrative operations have accordingly been spun off into a new subsidiary company, Ginesta Real Estate Management AG, based in Küsnacht. There are no changes to any of the operational aspects. The Sales and Management divisions will carry on their existing business as usual.

Restructuring Process

The newly founded Ginesta Real Estate Management AG will take over the management operations from Ginesta Real Estate AG with all assets and liabilities and including all contracts, with the associated transfer of rights and obligations, effective 1st July 2015. All staff currently employed by the real estate management operations will transfer to the newly formed Ginesta Real Estate Management AG.
