Ginesta Immobilien opens the doors to its new address in Küsnacht on December 16, 2013. The petite and elegant real estate boutique office - which combines a wide range of properties with personalized consulting - has continued to expand over the past several years, and has grown substantially. The range of services has been enhanced, international collaboration and national networks secured, branch offices opened in Horgen and Chur, and the number of employees markedly increased. The relocation to the ultramodern and larger spaces reflects this favorable development. The new business offices in Küsnacht provide space for up to 26 workstations, and it is also a place where both customer and employee can feel right at home.
New location, same service: Despite this unprecedented growth, Ginesta Immobilien remains committed to its mission, and continues to put a premium on first class quality, not quantity. In addition to conventional brokerage services - purchase, sale, and leasing of private and commercial properties - the company also offers property management services, consulting services on construction and financing issues, as well as analyses on how to optimize property value. The portfolio is therefore geared toward private as well as institutional sellers, buyers, tenants, and lessors. Today, in addition to family members Claude Ginesta (CEO) and André Ginesta (Supervisory Board) as well as Sascha Ginesta (Executive Manager, Chur), there are a total of 23 employees in three branch offices (Küsnacht, Horgen, Chur) to provide consulting and support to a diverse client base.
The relocation takes place on 12/13/2013. The offices will be closed on this date - but our movers and employees will be busy. Starting 12/16/2013, our new head office will be open for operations at its new office.
