Sascha Ginesta is a cousin of Claude Ginesta, the current CEO of Ginesta Immobilien, and part of the founding family of the company. He grew up in Valbella and is therefore a "genuine" Grison native. In addition to his work at Ginesta Immobilien, Sascha holds a part-time position as a municipal councilor for the municipality of Vaz/Obervaz (Lenzerheide).
After completing his banking training at the Graubündner Kantonalbank, Sascha joined Ginesta Immobilien in 2009. At the headquarters in Küsnacht and the branch in Horgen, he learned the basics of real estate sales from scratch. During the first years of his career, he also completed his training as a real estate valuer, which he successfully completed with a professional certificate.
In 2013 he took over the development of the newly founded branch in Chur. The goal was to continuously expand and develop the marketing services of Ginesta Immobilien in the holiday regions of Davos/Klosters, Flims/Laax, Arosa/Lenzerheide, as well as in the Upper and Lower Engadine. This was done with such success that further expansion steps have since been implemented: At the beginning of 2019, a branch office in St. Moritz was opened under his management, and in spring 2020 he successfully completed the expansion of the Chur branch by moving to Aquasanastrasse. In addition to the real estate markets in the Graubünden winter sports regions, Ginesta Immobilien focuses on the successful marketing of residential property in the Bündner Herrschaft region, with the aim of establishing a further foothold in the primary housing market here.
In the wake of these very positive developments, Ginesta Immobilien has decided to accept Sascha Ginesta as a new partner in the shareholder group and to merge the two companies Ginesta Immobilien AG and Ginesta Immobilien Graubünden AG. We are convinced that the restructuring associated with this step will strengthen the company and enable us to pursue our goals with even greater entrepreneurial strength in the future.
We congratulate Sascha Ginesta on his achievements for the company and, on behalf of the entire workforce, wish him every success and personal satisfaction in his new position.
