With two new members, the strategic backbone of the company is strengthened
As of 5 June 2023, Ginesta Immobilien AG has expanded its Board of Directors with two new members, whose track record and experience will complement the company's internal competencies at the strategic level. We extend a warm welcome to the company's highest body: Elke Guhl and Michael Füllemann.
Elke Guhl has had a successful career in marketing with international companies. From Henkel Cosmetic to eBay and Swiss Life, she played a key role in shaping the brand perception of her employers, until her last station at Migros Fachmarkt AG, where she was responsible for the transformation into a more customer-centric organisation. We are pleased that she will now accompany Ginesta on a strategic level and thus further increase our marketing competence.
Michael Füllemann is an entrepreneurial leader with extensive international experience in consulting for globally leading companies as well as in line management. For more than twenty years, he has held top-level consulting positions with BCG and Bain & Co. At Schindler Elevators he was part of the Executive Committee for several years with responsibility for the global product lines. In parallel, he has been involved as an investor in technology-oriented companies for over thirty years. He will support Ginesta's further growth with his organisational and corporate development skills.
The two new members of the Board of Directors complement the existing body consisting of the Chairman of the Board of Directors Corinne Rohner and the members Claude Ginesta, Sascha Ginesta and André Ginesta.
Last but not least, there is an anniversary to celebrate on the Board of Directors of Ginesta Immobilien AG: Corinne Rohner has been a member of the Board for ten years and has been its Chairman since 2019. We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank you very much, dear Corinne.
