For the second time, Open Doors Engadin invites visitors to take a look behind the scenes on 24 and 25 June 2023: Legendary hotel buildings, picturesque Engadine houses, modern apartment buildings, churches, school buildings, infrastructure buildings, museums and architects' studios will open their doors to the public. Among them are numerous objects that are usually not accessible to the public, or only to a limited extent. And once again there are 90 buildings in the portfolio, a whole third of which are new compared to last year.
Supporters from the very beginning
For the Ginesta company, which has been active in the Engadine for a very long time and has been operating an office in St. Moritz since 2019, and which successfully sells an average of 25 properties for its clients in the region every year, it was clear from the very first edition that Open Doors Engadine is an important event that absolutely must be supported. After all, the buildings that surround people play a decisive role in shaping the quality of a region, and in the Engadin and Bergell, one can be truly proud of what was once built, what is being built today and what will be built in the future, for example with the InnHub La Punt - which, by the way, is also one of the objects of this year's event that can be integrated into the individually compilable programme.
International level here and there
Exceptional architecture knows no national borders and many of the gems to be visited, from the newly opened four-star Hotel Maistra 160 in Pontresina to the Julier Tower, which incidentally will be on view for the last time this year, bear an internationally valid signature of the special. This is also a connection that Ginesta AG has anchored deeply in its values. The family-run brokerage firm with its sixty or so employees is excellently networked internationally and thus offers its clients a wide range of services, especially when it comes to selling properties.
This gives its clients access to solvent interested parties around the globe, especially when selling an exclusive property.
Ginesta meeting place
This year, in addition to the opportunity to visit the buildings individually, there will again be guided tours and walks. The newly renovated Ginesta
office at Via Serlas 23 in St. Moritz will serve as a second Festival Hub alongside the St. Moritz Tourist Office. You can find out how to register, even if you want to go exploring as a group with an accomplished guide or take advantage of a free visit offer, at: www.opendoors-engadin.org.
«We are delighted to become the top address for architecture twice over during Open Doors: as a festival hub and partner in all matters relating to real estate.»
